Preparation Instructions:
On a special occasion, I like to break out the Johnnie Walker Blue Label Scotch Whisky and whip up a fine marinade with it. I created this marinade a couple of years ago, and have a friend who is a professional chef that claims it's one of the best marinades he's tasted to date. So without further ado, let's begin by taking out a large mixing bowl. Next add in the Johnnie Walker Blue Label Scotch Whisky, Stonewall Kitchens Vidalia Onion Fig Sauce, teriyaki sauce, extra virgin olive oil, dark brown sugar, crushed red pepper flakes, coarse ground black pepper, fresh made pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, ground basil, minced garlic cloves, sweet Hungarian paprika, and diced Vidalia onion. You will now need to take out a metal whisk, and briskly whip the ingredients together until the marinade is nice and smooth, and all your dark brown sugar has fully dissolved. That concludes this delicious recipe, you are now ready to start marinating your meat.
