If you haven't tried shark steak before, then you are really missing out on a delicious delicacy. To get this grilled shark steak marinade started, please take out a large sealable freezer bag. Next pour into the bag the extra virgin olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice, dark soy sauce, finely diced scallions, fresh minced garlic cloves, minced ginger root, cayenne pepper, and ground basil. Next seal the bag completely, and then toss the ingredients around together until the marinade is completely mixed together within the bag.
