Many thanks to Frederick of Baldwin Park California for allowing us to use this amazing and delicious Dijon mustard steak marinade recipe. To begin, please take out a mixing bowl and add into it the following ingredients, the Dijon mustard, fresh squeezed lemon juice, premium soy sauce, minced garlic cloves, coarse ground black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, extra light olive oil, dried lemon peel, and dried oregano. Next you will want to briskly stir your marinade together until it is smooth and consistent. Once the marinade has been mixed together, you will want to refrigerate it for at least one hour, which will help sharpen all of the flavor notes. This marinade goes great with beef steaks, venison steaks, buffalo steaks, and even salmon steaks. Enjoy the recipe, and please come back to visit us again, as we have many other unique recipes to choose from.
