Preparation Instructions:
This tried and tested garlic steak marinade recipe has been in my family for decades, and it's about as good as a marinade can get. To kick start the recipe, take out a small mixing bowl and a metal whisk. You will now want to add into the bowl the fresh minced and peeled garlic cloves, Sicilian extra virgin olive oil, ginger flavored soy sauce, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, coarse ground black pepper, Dijon mustard, chopped Vidalia onion, ground onion powder, grated ginger root, and dried basil flakes. When all of these fresh and delicious ingredients are within your mixing bowl, whip them together until you have a smooth and even marinade. This recipe will work with flank steaks, rib eye steaks, top sirloin steaks, t-bone steaks, and just about anything else. The recipe is also very flexible, so be sure to play around with the ingredients in order to make the recipe your own.
