Preparation Instructions:
This unique sour cream steak marinade is excellent with poultry and beef steaks. Thanks to Evan of Mount Hood Oregon for sending us the recipe. To get started first take out a sealable mixing bowl. Pour into your bowl the cold sour cream, melted real salted butter, find ground table salt, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, black pepper, minced garlic cloves, celery salt, and paprika. Next vigorously stir these ingredients together until your marinade is adequately blended together. At this point you should seal the bowl, and place it into the refrigerator to chill for one to two hours so the flavor notes can blend together. With regard to the butter, you can substitute it with olive oil, however the butter will make the marinade taste better in my humble opinion. We hope you enjoy this marinade recipe.
