Preparation Instructions:
I just received this Stroh 80 Rum steak marinade from a web visitor from Victoria British Columbia, and I must say that it is absolutely heavenly, possibly the best marinade I've tried to date. To get this party rolling as they say, first take out a large mixing bowl. Add into your bowl the Original Austrian Brown Stroh 80 Rum, teriyaki sauce, extra virgin olive oil, mushroom flavored soy sauce, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, grated ginger root, onion powder, garlic powder, coarse ground black pepper, diced Vidalia onion, minced garlic cloves, dried basil flakes, and ground oregano. I know that is a heap of ingredients, but once they have all been added to your bowl, whip them together using a wooden mixing spoon or a metal whisk, the later is what I prefer. With regard to the Stroh 80 Rum, don't substitute it out for another brand, as Stroh 80 Rum is the best rum I have ever had, and is really what makes this marinade recipe so delicious. If you can't find the rum at your local liqueur store, you can buy it online at numerous internet shops and retailers.
