Preparation Instructions:
I received this Coca Cola steak marinade recipe from a friend who lives in Boise Idaho. To start the creation process for this recipe, please take out a mixing bowl and set it on the kitchen counter. Next add into the bowl the Coca Cola, vegetable oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, spicy Miso soy sauce, grated ginger root, minced garlic cloves, kosher salt, coarse ground black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and dried basil flakes. Now that all of these fresh tasting ingredients are in your mixing bowl, take out a metal whisk, and rapidly stir the contents together. Once your marinade has a solid and smooth color, and all of the kosher salt has fully dissolved, you are ready to use the marinade. Try this out with beef steak, ribs, or pork steak. I marinated beef steaks in this marinade for six hours, and the beef came out flavorful and tender. Please give this recipe a try.
