Preparation Instructions:
I received this amazing steak marinade recipe from my buddy Jason from McMinnville Oregon. For the first step, please take out a plastic mixing bowl. Pour in the Campbell's beef consomme soup, fine ground garlic salt, white vinegar, mesquite liquid smoke, coarse ground black pepper, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and premium soy sauce. Using a wooden kitchen spoon, quickly whip all of the fresh yummy ingredients together until you have a marinade uniform in both color and texture. Finally you should seal off the bowl, and then let it sit in your refrigerator to chill for roughly an hour, as this step will blend the flavors together. Once chilled, stir your marinade up again, and now it is ready to use on your steaks. I let my steaks marinate in this for twelve hours. I also set some marinade aside that hasn't touched any raw meat, and use it for basting while the steaks are sizzling on the grill. Thanks a bunch for visiting us.
