Preparation Instructions:
I received this Asian sirloin steak marinade recipe from Ernie of Lake Forest Park Washington. For step one, please take out a mixing bowl, and then add in the Hakutsuru sake, hot pepper sauce, dark soy sauce, ground black pepper, minced garlic clove, Wasabi paste, pure canola oil, freshly squeezed lime juice, and lastly the Worcestershire sauce. For the second step, take out a wooden mixing spoon and briskly whip the marinade sauce together until all of the ingredients have dissolved together. Gently dip your little finger into the marinade, and do a quick taste test, obviously making any adjustments where you feel are needed. For the last step, refrigerate your marinade so all of the unique and spicy flavors can blend together. Thank you again to Ernie for allowing us to publish his wonderful recipe. We hope that all of our visitors enjoyed the marinade, and will come back again in the very near future.
