Preparation Instructions:
I have to thank Calvin of Gilt Edge Tennessee for emailing my staff this amazing and authentic Mexican rib steak marinade recipe. The creation process is very easy, simply take out a mixing bowl and a metal whisk. Add into the bowl the fresh squeezed lime juice, distilled white vinegar, Spanish olive oil, apple cider vinegar, black peppercorns, chopped fresh cilantro, minced garlic cloves, fine ground kosher salt, fresh ground cumin, and ground dried oregano. Rapidly stir up these ingredients until your marinade is even and smooth. Seal off your bowl, then let it sit in the refrigerator for one to four hours, as this marinade needs to flavor blend before using. Once chilled, stir the marinade up a couple of more times, and it is all set for you to use. You'll find that this marinade is gentle in flavor, and won't overpower the natural flavors within your steak.
