I would like to thank Jasmine from Monument Oregon for allowing us to publish her award winning steak marinade recipe. To begin this recipe, please take out a small glass mixing bowl. Add into the bowl the fresh squeezed lemon juice, plain yogurt, fine ground table salt, fresh minced garlic cloves, minced fresh ginger root, fresh ground curry powder, diced fresh cilantro, and fresh ground cayenne pepper. Moving right along, next take out a metal whisk and vigorously whip the ingredients together until your steak marinade is smooth and even in both texture and color. Lastly, place a lid on the mixing bowl, and then slide the marinade into the refrigerator to chill for one hour, as this will help blend the flavors together. Once your marinade has chilled, give it a couple of quick stirs, and then it will be ready to use with your steaks. We hope you enjoyed this recipe, please visit us again.
