We are extremely happy that Gaylord of SeaTac Washington sent us this club house Montreal steak rub marinade recipe. To get started, please take out a glass mixing bowl. Add into your bowl the mushroom soy sauce, Montreal steak seasoning, fresh lemon juice, crushed red pepper flakes, minced ginger root, light brown sugar, ground onion powder, melted butter, and ground oregano. Whisk these ingredients together until your steak marinade is very smooth and even in color. Next seal your bowl with a lid or saran wrap, and then refrigerate it for half and hour to one full hour. Once chilled, your marinade is ready to use. For beef, venison, or buffalo steaks, marinate for eight to twelve hours. For pork steak marinade for six to eight hours.
