Preparation Instructions:
I promised my friend Miguel from Cornelius Oregon that I would give him credit for this Corona Extra beer steak marinade recipe, as this is his own backyard specialty. For step one, take out a mixing bowl. For step two, add into your mixing bowl the Corona Extra beer, teriyaki sauce, sliced Vidalia onion, fresh minced garlic clove, dark brown cane sugar, sliced green bell pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, extra virgin olive oil, minced ginger root, and fresh lime juice. For step three you will want to stir your marinade until it is smooth and even. And lastly, for step four you will want to set your stirred marinade in the refrigerator so that it can chill for a full hour. Chilling the marinade will help blend all of those amazing flavors together. Your marinade is done now. Don't forget to set a little aside for basting before you place your raw steaks in the liquid.
