Preparation Instructions:
We are thankful that Jay of Germantown Tennessee sent us this mesquite ribeye steak marinade recipe, as it's simply incredible. To begin please take out a glass mixing bowl, and then add in the light soy sauce, mesquite liquid smoke, chili garlic hot sauce, fresh ground nutmeg, white superfine sugar, ground garlic powder, ground cayenne pepper, coarse ground black pepper, and fresh squeezed lime juice. Mix up all of these fresh and tasty ingredients until your marinade sauce is extremely smooth and even in both color and texture. At this point it's good to dip one of your fingers into the marinade and do a quick taste test, making any flavor adjustments that you feel are necessary. Now you should slide the marinade into your refrigerator to chill for one hour, as this will blend all of your marinade flavor notes together. Your marinade is now ready to use, do enjoy it.
