Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank Clifford of Zillah Washington for allowing us to use this oriental round steak marinade recipe. First take out a medium size glass bowl, and then add in the Gekkeikan sake, ground white pepper, naturally brewed soy sauce, fresh squeezed lemon juice, minced fresh ginger root, organic bees honey, and diced fresh cilantro. Whisk all of these ingredients together until they form an even marinade, then dip your finger into the marinade and do a quick taste test. You can either use the marinade immediately, or place it by itself in the refrigerator to chill for an hour, as this will blend and unlock all of the flavors. Do be sure to set aside a little marinade for basting, as it isn't good to baste your meat with marinade that has been in contact with raw meat. Thanks again for checking out our website, we hope that you will add us to your favorites list.
