Preparation Instructions:
We received this Polish Zywiec porter beer steak marinade recipe from Gosia of Barwice Poland. To create this steak marinade, the process will require a sealable mixing bowl and a metal whisk. Once your bowl is on the counter, pour into it the Polish Zywiec porter beer, dark brown sugar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, pineapple juice, sliced red onion, sliced green apple, Worcestershire sauce, crushed red pepper flakes, ground onion powder, minced garlic cloves, coarse ground black pepper, and any brand of garlic hot sauce. Using the metal whisk you set aside earlier, stir up all of these heavenly ingredients until you have a finished steak marinade sauce. It's good to do a quick taste test at this point, just to make sure the marinade is to your liking. Lastly, allow the marinade to refrigerate for one to four hours without adding in your meat, as this will blend all of the flavors together.
