Preparation Instructions:
We are very grateful that Ewan of East Longmeadow Massachusetts decided to send us this sweet London broil steak marinade recipe. To get the marinade recipe started, first you'll need to take out a mixing bowl. Add into your bowl the extra virgin olive oil, organic bees honey, Worcestershire sauce, freshly squeezed lemon juice, ginger soy sauce, crushed garlic cloves, finely chopped parsley, ground dry mustard, red wine vinegar, kosher salt, and ground white pepper. That's a lot of ingredients, but once they're all in your bowl, briskly whip them together using a metal whisk. Once stirred, seal off your bowl and place it into your refrigerator to chill for four hours, so that it has time to blend flavors. When I used this marinade, I let my London broil steaks marinate in it for twelve hours, and man did they come out flavorful and absolutely splendid.
